Welcome to Simple SFA ("Platform", "Service", "Simple SFA", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Simple SFA web application, mobile applications, and related services.

1. About Simple SFA

Simple SFA is a cloud-based Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform designed to help organizations manage sales operations, customer relationships, sales visits, reporting, analytics, product management, and related business activities.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to enter agreements on behalf of your organization
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities performed under their accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform unlawfully
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious software
  • Reverse engineer the Platform
  • Misuse customer or business data

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Simple SFA operates on a subscription-based model. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for managing internal users, obtaining customer consents, and ensuring lawful use of the Platform.

7. Customer Data

Organizations retain ownership of their business data while granting Simple SFA rights necessary to host and process the data.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, documentation, designs, and related intellectual property remain the property of The Agric&Culture Company Limited.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways and analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

10. System Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect Platform data, but no system can guarantee complete security.

12. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Simple SFA Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if payments remain unpaid.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Agric&Culture Company Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
